APPLICATION
Credit, background check & income verification are conducted through AmRent, and TransUnion.
The application fee is $99.00 per applicant. Applications are good for 30 days.
Fees are non-refundable.
Credit requirements are as follows:
- Income must be a minimum of 3 times the rent.
- Credit score must exceed 600.
- Credit history must show no late payments, collections, judgments, or derogatory accounts.
*We do not accept housing vouchers.
*Please note that a unit cannot be secured without a signed lease and security deposit. Units also cannot be held beyond the "move-in ready" date. Completing an application and/or scheduling a tour does not guarantee you a unit or that the desired unit will still be available.
